Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran is a physician-entrepreneur and global healthcare strategist with over 20 years of international experience across the United States, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Aurora Global, a management consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi, advising healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and global partners on strategy, governance, education, and system transformation.

Trained as a physician and medical educator, Dr. Rajasekaran has previously served in senior leadership roles including Dean, Vice Dean, and Senior Associate Dean at leading medical institutions across four different countries. His work spans curriculum innovation, accreditation excellence, patient safety, and workforce development, with advisory collaborations involving the World Health Organization, World Federation for Medical Education, American Medical Association, and Joint Commission International.

At Three 5 Reviv, he brings a systems-level perspective, supporting strategic governance, quality frameworks, clinical rigor, and long-term scalability. His expertise ensures that the clinic’s integrated longevity model is not only innovative, but also globally benchmarked, ethically grounded, and future-ready.
